Press and Media Registration

We welcome industry Press, Media, Bloggers, and Analyst firms at The AIIM Conference 2012.
Registration is limited and on a first come, first served basis.

Onsite press registration will be EXTREMELY limited, if spots are available at all due to last minute cancellations. You must register in advance to be sure of receiving press credentials; per the requirements below.

To request a press/media pass, please contact McKenzie Worldwide.

To qualify for a complimentary press/media pass, you must cover the industry on a regular basis by writing regular articles or publishing reports. Your credentials must be received by AIIM in advance of the conference for approval.

Private PR consultants who are paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass.

Business/Trade Publications and Online News Outlets

Reporters from industry trade publications, newspapers, and online news outlets must provide a sample of an article published within the last year that clearly displays their authorship. Online news services must have a readership over 2,000 per month.

Industry Analysts

Writers from market research or financial institutions who write for regularly published newsletters and/or reports must provide a sample of their report that displays their authorship.

Association Publications/Newsletters

Reporters from recognized magazines, newspapers or newsletters must provide an industry article showing authorship and newsletters must have a registered subscriber base of at least 1000.

Freelance Writers

Freelance writers must show proof of assignment and what the proposed article will cover.

Bloggers

Bloggers must cover the industry on a regular basis and have written original posts on enterprise content management (ECM), information management, social tools and/or technologies for business. Blogs must contain original, dated, industry-related news posts. Blogs that only contain links, press release feeds, troubleshooting tips, or reader contributions will not be considered. No corporate blogs will be considered.

Approved Job Titles

Press/Media credentials are reserved for editorial staff, analysts and industry bloggers. The following job titles will be considered:

Broadcasting Titles:

AIIM reserves the right to refuse Press/Media badges, without cause, during pre-registration and on-site.
